For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We will exchange any shipment that was sent to you in error at no charge. Any unopened products may be returned on the customer’s behalf and will incur a 15% restocking fee. The customer pays for the return shipment.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
