Return Policy

Online Orders
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We will exchange any product that was sent to you in error at no charge.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a TechMix livestock animal product, we will work with you to make it right. You must show proof of purchase and be within 90 days of purchase. Products purchased through Amazon or other non-animal health sites are excluded.

Product Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a product quality issue, TechMix must collect photographs and related product information to investigate the concern. If a product quality issue is validated, TechMix will provide a credit for the product purchased or replacement product at no charge. TechMix may request a sample of the affected product be sent to our office for evaluation.

All Other Returns
If product is being returned for any other reason, other than a quality concern, a 20% restocking fee may apply. The customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

Returns & Biosecurity
Due to our strict biosecurity standards, any product that has been stored in a livestock production facility or animal housing environment/shelter are not allowed to be return.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
